Need advice on avoiding a sugary breakfast.
For the past few days I have noticed that as soon as I log my breakfast I go over my sugar intake goal. I eat wholemeal fruit and fibre cereal with unsweetened natural yoghurt and I never add sugar to my food. Not sure If i'm happy, sad or just embaressed. How many calories in..
a roast potato? on average. I'm trying to log my sunday roast and there are too many potato options to choose from. This is the difference between me having between 40 and about 340 calories left for the rest of the day. Telling me in grams won't help me btw, I have no scales :( Thanks xx

Not hungry

Realistic goals
I am 20 years old, 5'3 and weight 195lbs. Would it be realistic for me to expect to have lost 20lbs by christmas time?
