How many calories in..

a roast potato? on average. I'm trying to log my sunday roast and there are too many potato options to choose from. This is the difference between me having between 40 and about 340 calories left for the rest of the day.
Telling me in grams won't help me btw, I have no scales

I second this - no one is going to be able to give you an idea without physically weighing said-product and then comparing it to what Calorieking.com reports.

Definitely need to get yourself a scale for accurate measurements that way you dont have to play guessing games like this...
