Has anybody here ever tried an appetite suppressant? If so, which one, did it work and did you experience any side affects?
Thanks
Thanks

I have tried different suppressants in the past and they have worked ok but I had to sacrifice being normal. I get really jittery and easily agitated when I take suppressants because most of them are loaded with caffeine. What I have found works the best for me is eating something in the morning for breakfast. I never used to eat anything in the morning all through college or any part of my adult life but two weeks ago when I started mfp I started eating a couple eggs in the morning before work (around 4:45am) and eating a good lunch (generally left overs from the night before) and I stay satisfied until dinner with a snack of fruit or vegetables here and there. If you do take the suppressants route I would suggest doing some research and looking into how they affected different people. Also when I took them I did not sleep very well at night, my fiance hated it. Good luck, feel free to add me, I just started this and am looking for new friends!0
