is a genius. Well, I think he is.. especially if he really did come up with this himself (he said he did)
He just ran down the stairs and into the living and said "Try this! this hurts, I bet this will tone your abs"
By the way sorry if you've already heard of this before. I'm pretty new to exercise and find toning my stomach really hard but this feels like a brilliant way to tone up without much effort at all.

1. Stand up straight
2. Suck in your stomach and tense your abs
3. Use your shoulders and chest to rock back and forwards. Make each movement short and fast. Don't use your bottom half (legs, hips etc) Just your chest and shoulders!

Ouch, right?

    My trainer has me do every form of planks known to man. So if you are looking for yet another ab exercise.....I recommend them. :)

    Hey, it's still genius of your brother to come up with them on his own. And yes, they are a good ab workout.
