Hey everybody :)

I joined a few days ago but didn't get around to introducing myself! I'm 20 years old and have been an overweight yoyo dieter for at least 5 years. I've tried to lose weight before which usually works for the best part of a month but I've never been able to keep it up or keep any of it off. I'm hoping MFP will help me to steadily lose 50lbs and give me the determination to keep going no matter how hard it gets.

Feel free to ask questions and/or add me as a friend! Especially if you're around my age and trying to shift 50lbs :)
