Semi skimmed milk v Pouring yoghurt

I want to ditch semi skimmed milk and start using completely skimmed instead, however I've found that I don't like skimmed milk with cereal :(
I know that Activia promotes healthy digestion but I was wondering whether it would be worth (calories, overall etc) buying some of their natural pouring yoghurt to use instead of semi skimmed milk?

I hope this makes sense, I re-wrote it about 10 times aha
