I just found this site. After all the stuff for calulating your BMR there are links at the end for calorie counters. I have seen some questions about how many calories are burned in activities. The have a bunch of different categories you can choose from, even household chores! :smile:

I started my usual cardio workout on Sat, which is 50 minutes on the eliptical doing intervals. My low setting is 3 and my high is 6.
