Hello. i was thinking of playing around with my daily calorie goal abit. Instead of eating the 1420 a day im supposed to im thinking of doing 1300 calories a day on a sunday monday tuesday wednesday and thursday then having 1720 calories on a friday and saturday so my weekly calorie amount remains the same. mfp or bmr calories??
Hi guys, according to mfp i should be eating 1200 calories but when i worked it out on the bmr website it said eat 20% less than your maintenance weight to loose a good amount each week which would mean eating 1420 calories a day, which do you think would be best :)
