bmr and tdee calories help please.

Hello all, so im trying to figure out how much i should be eating a day, any help or advice would be appreciated. Im curently on 1500 but im worried it may be to low/to high.
My bmr i think is - 1585.8
my tdee i think is - 1902.96
I am female
5ft 5inches
174 lbs
28 years old
work in an office so sedentry most of the time
like to try and workout, go for a jog every now and again and do exercise dvds and walk whenever possible. My aim is to build up my exercise levels.
So what calories do you think will be good for me??
Any advice would be fabulous :-)

TDEE -20% is the usual recomendation0

Theoretically, eat between those 2 numbers and you should lose weight. So I would start at around 1600 and see how that works.
All these calculations are just estimates, it really comes down to trial and error to see what works for you as an individual.0
