Hey guys, so im back to counting caloruies after a break with weight watchers, but doesnt work for me.
So my question is, do you count the calories in absolutley every, i love salads fro dinner and cant remember if i counted the calories in things like, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. Also do you count beetroot and pickled onions.
Is there anything you dont count??
Thanks in advance.

I count everything. To me, not counting something is only cheating myself. I weigh all food and use measuring spoons/cups for all liquids to ensure I am accurate in my counting.0

I log everything - onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, spinach, everything.
I don't count gum - some people do, or lemon if I add it to water, or hot tea.0 -
I count calories on everything EXCEPT Fruits and veggies (besides like avocados, corn, lima beans... stuff I know has a lot of calories) it's like doing part weight watchers and part myfitnesspal0

I count the calories in everything. Sometimes with vegetables & fruits I have to guess & usually try to pick the highest calorie option in case.0

I count everything except the occasional herbal tea, diet soft drink and sprinkle of spice (more than a sprinkle and it's usually included in a recipe). Everything else has calories, so I add it. For stuff like salads that I eat all the time, I figured out how much was in a "normal" salad and built a recipe for it, so I only have to enter one item instead of 5 or 6. You could try this - it might make some things that seem low cal (but that actually do add up) a little more manageable to enter.0

I count everything even fruits and veggies. A calorie is a calorie no matter where it's coming from. Plus I measure most of my food.0

I count everything...when it's all said and done I consume, on average, a couple hundred calories in veggies per day and another couple hundred in fruit...if I didn't count them, I'd be unknowingly eating 300-400 calories per day over my goal. Considering my calorie deficit is 500 calories per day, that would be pretty much my entire deficit.0

Veggies is probably the only thing I don't count. I did at the start but it has been tedious so now I go off of experience and leave some calories open in my diary at then end of the day just in case.0 -
I try my best to log everything, but I usually over estimate about 10% when logging in food I eat and under estimate my excercise calories I burn by 10%. Since I know this cannot be 100% I also just started wearing a HRM.0
