newbie :)

i started losing weight in january 2011, i decided one day to get fit and healthy so joined my local gym and did calorie counting on my fitness pal.I was shocked when i jumped on the scales and they reaveled that i was 14st 4lbs, eekkkk.

Anyhow after around 8 months of healthy eating and gyming it when ever i could be botherd i managed to loose 1stone 6lbs and got down to 12st 12lbs which i was well chuffed about, after a break off plan and a 2 week holiday to turkey i never took it back up, so in may 2012 i decided i needed to get to the place where i feel happy and healthy and decided to join weight watchers. to my surprise on weigh in day i was 13st so i had only put on 2lbs after my 8 month break :)

i think this was because i never fully went back to eating "normal junk" as i had learnt quite alot through my healthy eating phase. I had the bad days, weeks even but always tried to eat healthyer things such as salads and meat and veg as well as some junk lol.

anyhow i have been doing weight watchers for 5 weeks now (with a 2 week break off plan in the middle for a holiday) and have managed to loose 5lbs, so i am now down to 12st 9lbs which i am very happy about.

the thing is i just didnt think weight watychers fitted me very well so i have decided to join my fitness pal again and have joined back to my old gym.

my goal for now is 10st 10lbs, il see how i feel when i get there :)

Ohh and im getting married next year on the 26.10.2013 and would like to be at goal by then :)
