Hello guys, so today ive been feeling quite crap to be fair, i feel huge and i certainly no why. for the past 3 months for some reason i just dont seem to have the willpower to stick this out and i was doing so well. My wedding is in a year and i really need to sort myself out to loose this last 1st 10lbs. so today i have written this out in a word document...
1200 - 1600 cals a day
Breakfasts. 100 - 200 cals
Toast and jam
Toast and poached egg
Toast and scrambled egg
Yoghurt and fruit
Cereal bar
Lunches. 400 - 500 cals
Sandwich
Chicken wrap
Chicken salad
Teas. 500 - 600 cals
Anything we choose but a smaller weighed out portion normally chicken/fish
.
Snacks. 2 /3 a day 100 cals each
raisins – grapes - yoghurt – fruit – jelly – ice cream – meringue -
Im going to put one of these up in my kitchen and one at work and i really think this will help me get started again. Ive decided instead of sticking to the same amount of calories every day i will eat betwen 1200 cals and 1600 cals each day of the week, depending on what kind of day im having and how much energy i need. i think this will help me stick to it better as i can have really good low days and then good but higher days. What do you think???

A range is certainly better than trying to nail one magic number each day. It would drive me batty. I am ok with going over my goal number by 200 or so but not EVERY day..lol It may just very well make it easier for you to keep up with . Great idea!0
