Hypothyroidism..
I've just been diagnosed with this at the beginning of the year. Up until this point I've lost and then maintained pretty easily. It's such a struggle now though. I'm looking for some friends that are dealing with the same thing as I am.

Thinking of starting to run
I love to lift weights but I'm recovering from a broken wrist that I needed surgery for. I'm 3 weeks out from surgery and know it will be awhile til I'll be able to lift again. Anybody getting ready to start c25k or recently start running?

Eating TDEE experiences
I know there are tons of post regarding TDEE. I've currently been eating at the number of calories that MFP has me at but I'm interested in all the info about TDEE. I know others have been nervous about the difference and whether you'll actually lose weight while eating at much higher numbers. Currently, I'm net around…

I don't know what's going on
I've been tracking for 40 days so far. I've lost 12 lbs but gained two of them back in the last week or so. I haven't changed my calorie intake at all. Although, I think I am going to go purchase a food scale this weekend. I've been lifting weights for 3 weeks now. It's just about that time of the month for me as well. I…

I need help with lunch
I'm a carb-a-holic. I LOVE bread and sandwiches. I'd like to cut back on eating them but I don't know what to do for lunches that is quick and easy? I do like salad but I can't do that every day. And I struggle with leftovers. What are some of your go to lunches for the workweek?

How do you log things you don't know the calories?
We had chinese tonight for dinner. It was from a little mom and pop chinese place. So how would I log that? I did add it to my log based on what was in the data base but of course it's just an estimate and I don't know if it's even close to what it actually is. I hope that makes sense..

a week in and...
1lb up. I have been doing the Chalean extreme workouts starting this week. I'm trying not to let it bother me because my muscles have been sore everyday this week. I am assuming that the gain is attributed to water retention. I just cant wait to see the scale start to move again.

Is this normal?
I'm sure that it is but I did my first workout of Chalean Extreme this afternoon and I got to a point where I felt physically ill. Like if I pushed much harder I'd pass out or get sick. I paused the dvd and let my heart rate slow back down some. Is this or ca this be normal for just starting to work out again?

How do you log your weight training?
I'm starting doing Chalean Extreme. How do I log this? I don't really plan on eating back my calories but I would like to be able to track my workouts somehow.

making time for the gym
In the past I've taken up running, I've done home workouts and made nightly walks with a friend. All during those times I've lost and maintained my weightloss. This last year was a very difficult year for me on more than one level. I gained 60 lbs in just over a year. I have started logging my good and watching my calories…

Who wants some accountability?
I'm looking for some accountability with my working out. I have been logging my food for 3 weeks now and its not to up the exercise aspect of it all too. I am aiming to get up and to the gym before work in the morning. So that means I would have to be up and there by 6:30/45 to be home and get ready for work on time. For…

tired of eating?
Do you ever just not feel like eating? Right now I'm feeling like all I do is eat. Not really but I'm so focused on making good choices and logging them that the last 2 days I haven't wanted to eat. I have obviously because I have to.

I've heard that chocolate milk can be used post workout instead of protein shakes. True or False?

How do you track your strength training?
Do you track each exercise or do you track the strength some other way?

When do you stop eating for the night?
I usually eat up until 2 hours before going to bed. Tonight I am already over(estimating) my calorie goal by almost 250 and I won't be going to bed for another 3.5 hours. Am I good to not eat anything else tonight or do I have a small snack before bed like normal? I'm not to worried about being over my calories because I…

Not eating quite enough calories
I'm set at eating 1200 a day. I usually get within 100 calories of that but have a hard time getting exactly or just over the 1200. How important is it to have at least 1200? How can I add a few extra without adding much more food?
