OK so I raised my calorie goal by 100. I'm a bit nervous :( I just can't seem to get below 142 and it's driving me mad!!!!! I really REALLY want to get into the 130's. I've seen a lot of people who have had success with this, I'm still sceptical ;)

Ugh I don't know how to log my strength training exercises. Why can't I just lump them in general catagories like 5 sets of arms or legs reps or even better 30 mins of arm/leg/etc. training?
