Yes I DID...

OK so I raised my calorie goal by 100. I'm a bit nervous :( I just can't seem to get below 142 and it's driving me mad!!!!! I really REALLY want to get into the 130's. I've seen a lot of people who have had success with this, I'm still sceptical ;)

    Would like to see how it works for you, I just upped my calories this week too, same problem.

    When I plataead at 115 ( am now 110) I upped my intake from 1200 to 1350 . The last five pounds were gone within a month.
  • Let me know if that works. I'm stuck at 142 also, and would love to be 135 - 138. But really I'll take anything in the 130's!

    yep sure was. But I had my goals set at 1 lb a week,instead of half a pound like I should have from the start.
