Ugh I don't know how to log my strength training exercises. Why can't I just lump them in general catagories like 5 sets of arms or legs reps or even better 30 mins of arm/leg/etc. training? I don't know the exact names of the exercise I am doing! I keep trying to enter my strength training then get frustrated and give up.
