Week 4 Day 17
I'm ridiculously excited right now. The chair squats with the v-raises that I hate? Well, for the very first time, I was able to do every single rep for both sets. It almost killed my arms, but I did it! A few more days of Level 2, and then I'll be moving on to Level 3.

Day 20, Level 3
Hi all! I've kind of quit posting daily...but I started level 3 today and wanted to give you ladies who haven't started it yet a heads up. I really like this level, but some of the cardio exercises are definitely more challenging (Two words: Plie jumps). For those of you who haven't been using mats at all, I would…

Week 3 Day 16
I'm so glad I decided to add a cardio-based workout after shred. I know good stuff is happening with shred (my arm muscles prove it), but I just wasn't feeling it. And part of me just felt like I wasn't really working for it at 25 minutes a day. But now i definitely feel it. My second workout pushes me just hard enough to…

Week 3 Day 15
I feel like Level 2 is getting easier for me now. I still struggle with some parts, but I don't feel like I'm going to die anymore by the time I reach Circuit 3. And I'm loving adding the Yoga Booty Ballet in afterward to get in some extra cardio. How's everyone else's shredding going?

Week 3 Day 14
Basically I've been really naughty the last two days. I let myself cave into excuses of why I shouldn't exercise (which basically amounted to "I'm too tired"). But I got back on track today and even added in my Yoga Booty Ballet to remind me that working out is fun, and I definitely should do it. Basically, half of it is…

Week 3 Day 13
Shredded after work today. The greatest part today was halfway through the first set of military presses, I realized I had my knee up at the same height as Natalie. Go me for being able to do more and more advanced moves! However, I'm still by no means ready for Level 3.

Week 3 Day 12
I can't hardly believe we're into the third week of this! I definitely worked up a sweat today. I made it through the whole first set of the chair squats with v-raises but had to take a couple breathers for the second set. I've decided once I can do both sets without stopping I'll be super strong. Wonder what that'll make…

Week 2 Day 11
Another day shredded! Level 2 is getting slightly easier, but only slightly. I'm still doing a lot of the modified moves and nearly die during the chair squats with v-raises, but I can feel my endurance and strength picking up. The oblique jump-twists used to kill me, but now I can do both sets without stopping! How's the…

Week 2 Day 10
Day 10 shredded! Level 2 is definitely still a challenge, but in a good way. I'm definitely feeling and seeing results already. Glad to hear that some of you ladies are feeling and seeing results too! It's nice to hear how everyone else is progressing. Shred on, ladies!

Week 2 Day 9
I had every intention of working out yesterday, but, well, I got lazy. I regretted it today; so when I found myself starting to fall in the same pitfall, I made myself work out. And I worked out. After finishing Day 9 (Day 3 of level 2), I've come to the conclusion that I'm going to have awesome endurance by the time I'm…

Week 2 Day 7
I guess this would be the start of Week 2. So, I decided to start Level 2 today. Jillian kept saying how she wanted me to feel like I was dying. Well, all I can say is she succeeded. Gah. The cheer squat thingies with the arm lifts are the devil. But oh did I work up a sweat. Day 7 shredded.

Week 2 Day 8
Day 8 Shredded. I took yesterday off because, well, basically, I was lazy. I at least stayed under, but I still felt like the naughty child that gets put in the corner. I really feel like I worked my body tonight. I had to take a few more breathers than I did during Level 1, but I guess it's understandable with the…

Week 1 Day 6
After my much needed rest day yesterday (my lower back was killing me), I finished Day 6 today. I even did it before church this morning, which is amazing considering how warm and comfortable and inviting my bed was. As a side note, I'm pretty sure my back hurt so much because my stance wasn't wide enough on the side…

Week 1 Day 5
I just finished Day 5 of level one. It was a bit harder to push through today. I'm not sure whether it's because I'm pushing my body or because I just wanted to get back in my sweats to hide from the cold! But I pushed through it! Tomorrow may be my rest day.

Hello! Is this thing on?
I'm brand new to MFP but not to weight loss and fitness in general. I've been working on losing weight for about three years now (65 pounds gone!). But for the last few months I've been a bit stalled. Partly because I'm really good at sabotaging my diet. So now I'm looking for a way to keep myself accountable and gain/give…
