I'm brand new to MFP but not to weight loss and fitness in general. I've been working on losing weight for about three years now (65 pounds gone!). But for the last few months I've been a bit stalled. Partly because I'm really good at sabotaging my diet. So now I'm looking for a way to keep myself accountable and gain/give encouragement to work through this last leg of my initial journey!
