Who's with me... and how do you make your calories work - more so on the weekends - with having a few quality craft beers/homebrew? Do you exercise for hours? I've got to find a balance... I'm not getting anywhere and with my husband brewing delicious IPAs - it's such a struggle. What to do...what to do?

Can't access spreadsheet
For those that can't access our spreadsheet or just don't feel comfortable posting on it. Mon. 2/24 - Did you sweat today?
I did two Jessica Smith (You Tube) strength videos.... 15-Minute Abs, Butt & Thighs Workout & 20-Minute Total Body Strength Training. Had a girls day yesterday with a few friends... no workout and I WAYYYYY over did on the calories at lunch :noway: but... we are back on track today!

I took a vacation day today so my list of to-dos is growing but...It's supposed to be SUNNY and 50 degrees this afternoon so I plan to go for a WALK - with my walking buddy, Baxter. He will certainly keep me going! :bigsmile: (Baxter is our 90 lbs. yellow lab) :flowerforyou:

Thur. 2/20 - How will you get your SWEAT on today?
I did Turbo Jam's PUNCH * KICK * JAM!!! (with weighted gloves) - i LOVE that workout. ♥ My heart Rate monitor isn't working so I have no idea how many cals I burned... but at least I got my sweat on this AM!! WHOOP ~ WHOOP!!
