Just made these cookies!! LOVE how easy they are and I added a 1/4 chopped chocolate chips and 1/4 pecans - but I think if you just made them with banana and oats they would be good too. What workout program are you doing?
What program are you doing? and how's it working for you? I've never really thought of doing a program for fitness but I've lost motivation and realized that I do SO MUCH better when I've got a plan and schedule - I feel better and a do better so I'm just curious what everyone else is doing.

how many of you exercise after dinner? I'd like to try it but I'm afraid I won't sleep well. I've read that exercising later in the evening will disrupt your sleep.....Just curious.

HRM - for inside exercise/calories burned?
What do you use when you exercise inside? With the temps getting warmer and I've started working out in the AM to DVDs more - I'm not sure what to get for monitoring my calories burned. I have a fitness watch but it is GPS based so the HRM that came with it only works outside.
