Tracking Juicing???
So my girlfriend and I just got a juicer, and I'm curious. How do I track the juices we make? Like the one we did last night was celery, kiwi, apple, kale, spinach, and cucumber. Do I enter each thing like I ate it? Any experienced juicers out there have any advice for me?

Back on pointe

Training on a budget LOL
Just got back from my run, the apartment has no ice packs.... but multiple bottles of gin the the freezer. So iced hips with gin... also no stick roller, so used the old broken broom handle.... this is my life. lol.

Question about sugar...
So with the summer being here, there is about a gazillion fruits that are in season that are super low calorie, but is it just as bad to go over your daily sugar if it is all fruit and natural sugar as it is if you ate candy or refined sugars?
