Hey everyone,
I just wanted to see if anyone had any advice for going home for the holidays. My roommates and I have a really healthy active lifestyle living in the city where it is really easy to find vegan, all natural foods and we can walk everywhere. When I go home, it's so much harder with all the processed foods and living in suburbia where everyone jumps in their car to go a mile. Any advice?

Just keep your spirits up when you're home. Maybe you can teach them what you have been doing. Go for a walk, introduce them to new foods. Cook them a meal so you know you will have at least one healthy meal while your home. Does your family know your lifestyle, maybe they could have some of the food in the house for you when you get there?
Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
Take care,
