I refuse to weigh myself.
The scale and I have not been getting along with it not budging. I have noticed change in my clothing but the scale just will not tell me want I want to read. Why can't I eat better?

What to eat before and after my first 5K....
So I am doing a 5K on monday and I am super excited being that it is my first one ever! So I need some help. What should I have for breakfast and what would be a good post race meal? I think I am going to have some gatoraid prime gummies in my pack during the race and possibly a zone perfect bar if I absolutely need it.
