Going less frequent on the weigh ins

My scale and I aren't really getting along at the moment. It seems like no matter how hard I work I will not go below 225 lbs. I know it is in 100% working order so it is not the scale's fault. I just seem to be stuck.

So i think I am only going to weight myself a couple times a month so that I don't get as frustrated with the numbers it is showing me.

The scale is only one way of measuring so good for you... take your measurements as well and you may see inches lost.

I refuse to own a scale. I go to my PCP every few weeks and log my weight from there. It's safer and less frustrating.

It helps me keep my sanity. I can tell a lot more by how my pants fit. I was able to pull 2 pairs out of the too tight pile and they fit fine.

The tape measure is your friend, I weigh my self every 2 weeks, but I find the inches lost a better indicator to how much im loosing.
