I have hit a point where my scale has stopped changing but everyone keeps telling me I look thinner and thinner. I understand that muscle weights more than fat but there has to be a tipping point right? I won't be a size 12 and 226 pounds, unless I take up bodt building I guess.

I am just getting really frustrated. I am trying and trying but it is not changing. Sure I need to wear a belt now and I need some smaller tops. I am just worried if the scale will ever catch up and I will start dropping weight again.

How long has it been since the scale moved? And did you change your diet or exercise in any way? I know when I up my exercise I gain a couple pounds of water weight. It takes a few weeks for me to actually see the scale move.

Hang in there the scale will move! You won't gain muscle eating at a deficit so it's probably just some water weight lingering.

It feels like forever but probably 2 months or thereabouts.
