How do you count oils and marinades??
My husband, the cook, drizzles olive oil when grilling everything...veggies, meats etc. Also, he makes yummy marinades with soy, hoisin, lemon juice, little honey sometimes etc. I don't want to be a freak/pain and bother him with calculations to put into MFP. What would cause 2 1/2 lb gain?
I shot back down to 152 and this morning up 154.4. :-/ Ive been eating a ton but not going over 1200 net. That seems like a big gain!! I was hoping this "eating more" thing was going to help me keep going down. :-(((

Is it possible for me to weigh less than 150lbs?
I see all these people who are my height 5ft 6, and weigh 140, 130 something. I think for my body the low 140's, mid 130's would be perfect and healthy. I still have a class to teach so I'll end up under on calories, but I would like to think my day has been pretty healthy and yet I'm over on EVERYTHING. Is it perfect? No. I'm living, not dieting...but why over on so much? Help!

Sugar in milk???
I swapped out my obsession with flavored Coffeemate, to use plain old milk. I ran out of skim, so today I'm using my son's 2%, but either way it's 12 grams of SUGAR? In milk??? It's wrecking my sugar for the say..I start off with so much. is this sugar different than other sugars? Not to be thick. It just seems odd to me.

Starting to eat more...and feeling more hungry?
I have just started the past couple of days to add more food to my diet, and I'm sitting here hungry! I had a pretty big dinner. I'm almost maxed out of my 1200 net. Is it normal to feel more hungry when eating more? I taught two spin classes today.

Ended my day with a carb bomb :-/
My dear husband made dinner tonight and it was spaghetti with grilled chicken. It was yummy, but I'd say the serving of spaghetti was at least 4 oz. Maybe more...man that's a calorie bomb. I of course ate it with no problem. I'm hoping having that many carbs at dinner time is going to mess me up. :-/ UGH.

When should I do my "first" weigh-in?
After my 6lb upset this Monday morning, I have started my 1200 net eating routine that I will be sticking to as much as humanly possible this week. End of this week should be TOM. It's after 10pm and I still have 238 calories to go before I hit my 1200 net. I know that is the minimum and I'm at the beginning of my "eating more" strategy. Do i need to have a snack and eat those or is it too late and 1000 net is ok? Thanks!

What is my activity level?
I was messing with my goals etc, and I was wondering if I put my activity level too high. Sunday-Thursday I teach 8 spin/Body Pump classes. But I don't have an all the time physical job like carpenter etc. I put myself on the highest level...but should I go down a level?

I have a Polar heart rate monitor, which is great for putting in accurate calorie burn to my MFP. My question is, when spin is done, I can look down and see I burned 467 calories.
