When to lower your weekly weight loss goal?

I gained a bunch of weight over the past few weeks due to lots of travel. I set my goals to dropping 2lbs a week. I'm only about 10-15 pounds or so away from my goal weight though..so is too much? I've already been adding a lot to my diet so I don't have massive deficits from exercise, but I'm wondering if that's even enough. When should you move to 1lbs a week? 1/2lb a week? I've been on a plateau for over a year so I was really itching to bust through it..but maybe it still isn't enough? Thoughts or advice? Thanks!!!

whenever you are comfortable in doing so,
Way to go in your weight loss, and keep up the healthy eating choices and exercise.(always exercise!!) Better to plateau than gain some or all the weight back.0 -
I've been plateaued for ever and ever. I found I wasn't eating enough, so I'm giving eating MORE a go. I almost wish I could say sometimes that I don't want to exercise...but it's my job...so I have to whether I want to or not. Haha. I'm a fitness instructor. :-)0
