I still have a class to teach so I'll end up under on calories, but I would like to think my day has been pretty healthy and yet I'm over on EVERYTHING. Is it perfect? No. I'm living, not dieting...but why over on so much? Help!

Hard to say. What activity level did you put in, and what is your activity level?

(Also -- You have AMAZING muscles. Which not only look great, but burn more! Perhaps this is contributing to why you want to consume more calories than MFP says? What does it say when you click done logging?)

Your sugar and sodium are over because you are eating too much processed foods. Try slowly eliminating processed foods, and eat more fruits and veggies and more natural snacks, like nuts.

If you add exercise, your calorie goal goes up. Since the macro goal are set on a percentage base, when the calorie goal moves up, they will scale up as well. You might still be in the red, but not as far. :)

Honestly? For your level of activity I don't think that diary is bad. My only quibble is the prepackaged stuff that's giving you tons of sodium and perhaps a little bit of wiggle room in terms of bread.

Did you set it manually or allow the site to recommend? I think by the time you add in your activity for the class you are teaching tonight it may balance out or put you safely under.

Your dinner was rather large for today. That put it over the top.

My dinner was large because I knew I still had a class to teach and still wouldn't hit my 1200 net calorie mark. MFP put them in, not me. I actually didn't think I had many processed foods. For me this is clean as clean can be. I used to be a Lean Cuisine freak. ;-)

I'm a fitness instructor. :-) I did Body Combat this morning, and teach Body Pump today. I usually teach twice a day so my level of activity is high. :-)

The flatbread is high in sodium! wow. Without that you'd be fine on that macro goal. I wonder if there is another brand you can look for that has the same nutrients but less sodium.
