Garmin Not Syncing

There are so many conflicting numbers on MFP, that I am not sure which to choose. I just entered 6.5 oz steak and it shows as 1400+ calories. Is that accurate? It was some kind of boneless strip steak.

How many calories in NY syle pizza?
I can't seem to find a good site to locate the calories in a slice of NY style pepperoni pizza. I have found lots of information from the chains but they all seem very low. Are there any non-flavored whey protien powders?
I tried using the protein powder in a fruit smoothie and it was just too sweet, I didn't taste the fruit as much as I did the powder. It doesn't help that I don't like yogurt either. So just wondering if there are any that have no taste to them?
