Has anyone tried this? Would love to hear others' experience with it. I bought a bunch of books and started reading, but never finished. The first one seemed really good and made sense, just wondering if there are some real people on here that can share their own experiences. I also just got my first Kindle, so I think I will download them on there :) If anyone, has a Kindle and would like to share books, please message me!

My husband tried the Abs Diet for men and it worked for him. Then he quit because he found out he has certain food allergies that make it hard to follow it, ie. milk, eggs. But he does believe the lean protein and low carbs work for him.

There is a Women's Abs Diet from Woman's Health magazine, I believe. I don't care for the low carb, but it works for some people.

I absolutely LOVE the Abs Diet! It is by far the only diet I have been able to stick to and love! The foods are yummy and I'm never hungry. I feel like I always have energy too. I stayed on the Abs Diet through my last pregnancy and gained 20 pounds less than I did on the one before. I am now following it and eating clean. (with the exception of the past three days:)

I am interested in hearing more about this because I hear a lot about it. Which foods do they recommend for a flat belly??

Nuts, beans & legumes, spinach & other green veggies, fat free or low fat dairy, oatmeal, eggs, lean meats, peanut butter, olive oil, whole grain breads and cereals, whey protein, berries

Those are all the foods. You are supposed to have at least 2 off the list at every meal (5-6 meals a day)

Can you share some typical recipes ( lunch, dinner) that you find sustainable?
