Nutrient Settings - what ratios do you use?

I just read that you should eat your goal weight in protein grams. Since my goal weight is 115, I am going to change my protein % to 30-40%. But not sure what the others should be for carbs and fat? How about the others? I am doing cardio and weight training and want to have defined curves and lean muscle mass. Would love to hear what you use for custom settings? Thanks!

I am a personal trainer and I use a 1-2-3 ratio for my clients...1 fat to 2 protein to 3 carbs. That usually helps lower body fat and build lean muscle. Hope that helps a little0

I use 40 protein, 30 fat, 30 carb.0

Actually it's your lean muscle mass x .75 to 1, depending on how active you are.
My ratios are set at 15% carb, 55% fat, and 30% protein0 -
i try and stick to the "zone" suggestions.
30:30:40
Protein:Fat:Carb.0
