What the deuce is with SUGAR!??! HELP!

Please Help!!!
I did my calculations and apparently I should be eating 1600-2000 cals a day NOT 1200. How do I or can I adjust my food diary limits so that I can properly track things???? MFP will not change my things and keeps calculating 1200. I am soooo frustrated!!!

I GAINED???? HELP!
The past 2 weeks have not been perfect, but! I DID join a gym and went probably 8 times in 2 weeks and have been keeping my cals to 1200 a day (some days am over) but that is still MAJORLY LESS than in my past (I used to probably eat 2000-3000 cals a day). And I SWEAR I gained 5 lbs!!! WTF!??!!?
