I bought a food scale at Walmart for 6 dollars. It has been very helpful in figuring out different serving sizes, etc

The term makes me feel ill. Can't we just say thin people who have not toned up? Thin, but jiggly? Untoned body? Which are all perfectly OKAY.

I already answered, but: Two people can work through it when there are two people who want it badly enough and communication is open. Communication is so important, which I cannot express enough. I am with someone now and we talk everything out, and it is amazing. If there is something I do not like, he strives to change…

I wasn't married, but I was with someone for 9 years... We got to a point where there was no communication and no one was trying anymore. When you start to feel alone in your relationship and the other person does not seem interested in putting their all into it... it is time to let go.

I mix mine with milk or yogurt. On days I do weights I have a scoop mixed with milk or yogurt.

Eggs (most mornings. They keep me feeling full until lunch time. Sometimes I have a small snack in between) Oatmeal Fish (of any kind, really) Apple with some PB Greek Yogurt (lots of protein) Baby carrots and sliced cucumber with light tazhiki dressing I listed more than 5. But these are my "go to" snacks and foods.

Yeah, that is for sure wrong. I know that if I walk on treadmill for 30 mins I burn about 200 cals. I don't walk overly fast either.

I weigh myself once a week in the morning on the same day.

I've heard that you actually CAN drink too much water and it can put strain on your kidneys. HOWEVER... aim for the 8 cups (250 ml) a day!!! Organs function better, skin is hydrated, you feel better, you feel fuller, why not drink water? YAY WATER

You look really good in both photos. Great job
-
But doesn't too much lead to fat?
-
Wow. That boosted my self-esteem a bit

Do you know your limit? Stick to things you know... Salad, fish, rice, potatoes... these are usually safe options. Have water with your meal. Say no thanks to the extra sauces and gravies. You can always log your stuff later on when you have a rough idea of what you have eaten, the portions, etc.

WOW!!! You guys are all such an inspiration!

It's the BC. It should go away after a while.

Chances are he isn't in shape. My bf is very slim and can eat what he wants. He doesn't work out, yet had muscles (from hunting I think?). Appearance doesn't reflect health. If you are slim but putting "heart attack foods" in your body or not enough nutrition then that does not necessarily mean "in shape" or healthy or…

It really bothered me when I would work hard all day only to go over to my bf's house and have him offer me chips or eat chips in front of me, which then led to cravings for me. It bothered me because a S.O. should be supportive of the things we are trying to accomplish in life. They should respect us and want us to…

I find it helpful to help keep me in line and make myself at least aware of how awful some things are that I am eating for future ref.

Have you tried journaling? Try keeping track of thoughts and mood when you have urges to over induldge. Counselling may be beneficial too.

Ah, yes. You are an emotional eater. This provides you comfort. Sometimes when I am overwhelmed with a lot I find it easier to just step back from everything (gym, calorie counting, restricting, etc). I would be cautious of going overboard though" i.e.: eating 3 bags of large chips, 2 chocolate bars, and a bottle of soda…
