lost 28 pounds but having trouble losing more
I have lost 28 pounds but seems like now its a lot harder. I run almost every day but feel I'm not getting anywhere. Any suggestions?

Has anyone used this? I signed up and am trying to psync with MapMyFitness and did a Mile walk to see if I get points and didn't get anything to show up? I thought I read that a mile on foot equals 10 points.

High triglycerides, anyone had this??
I did a Heath Assessment for my job and it came back that my triglycerides were at 406 and should be 150 or lower. Really worries me. I have called my Dr. but had to leave message. Has anyone ever dealt with this and if so, what did they do?

Trying to figure out what I should do
Ok so for the day I'm alloted 1790 calories a day. Right now after Breakfast, Snacks,Lunch and exercise I still have 1801 calories left. Can you run too much??
I'm new to running. I've been doing the Couch to 5K program and inbetween days your supposed to have a rest day. If I wanted to run on my rest days would that be a good thing to do? I know exercise wise it is....but I'm worried I'm going to "over" do it.

May have Sleep Apnea
Hello, I was wondering if anyone on here has had sleep apnea and started getting better by losing weight.
