Trying to figure out what I should do

Ok so for the day I'm alloted 1790 calories a day. Right now after Breakfast, Snacks,Lunch and exercise I still have 1801 calories left.
I've heard and heard that you shouldn't eat too little but I know that with my Dinner and evening snack, I'm not going to get anywhere close to 1800 calories.
Should I try to eat more in order to keep my body going in the right direction?

You should eat until you feel comfortable. You must have exercised a lot to get that much back! If your goal is weight loss, let those extra calories ride. If your goal is maintenance, it might be better to eat them back if you don't feel overfull afterward. Some people here will burn more than 1600 calories a day and they don't eat 3,200+ calories but they have lost weight so it's more of a wait and see what happens with your body type thing.0
