Couch to 5K - trying again

Last year I signed up for our 500 Mini-Marathon here in Indy. Right before I started the C25K and only did like 2 weeks. I really want to do it all the way this time and hopefully get into running more. I'm thinking about doing the Mini again but need to be in shape. I was hurting bad and I know they say that even the avid runner hurts but I was bad. Not going to happen again.

You can do it! I'm about to finish week 5 (although it's probably taken 10 weeks to get to this point), if you miss a run or two or three just pick up where you left off and keep going! And if you can't do a run, just keep repeating until you finish!0
