Runners help! - Too soon to eat?
Just finished a midday walk/run (c25k) for me its now lunch hour, i had an apple and a few almonds 20 minutes before run, lunch is chicken, brown rice, veggies, sweet potato .... how long is it ideal to wait to have lunch?

Machines at the gym?
Which machine at the gym do u feel is worthless whether cardio or strength state your case. Me i say those bikes that you sit and peddle the ones with your feet in front of u not the taller sationary bikes. Ive used them and i see ppl using them and im like.. How is that helping you and least from my visual perspective.

Running NSV ;)
So this is big to me... Never been a cardio person its very hard for me BUT Sunday i Jogged/Ran for 11 minutes STRAIGHT on the treadmill!!! I have never done that before so that is an awesome empowering NSV for me.. :)

Strength or Cardio first? Overall consensus?
Alright so whats the overall verdict?... I feel nuts if i leave the gym without some for of strength done. That being said, I started SL 5x5 and am doing at least 30 minutes of cardio on strength days and on 'rest' days and then i have 'true' rest days twice a week. Strength or Cardio first? Does it even matter? and Why?
