B-Vitamins ..whats all the hype??

So i was just curious I've seen alot about them lately. I used to take them but they always made me sick and i havent tried since
Ive only been taking Women's One a Day multi-vit/multi-min which claims to have 100% DV of all 8 B-Vitamins (didnt know there was 8 of them)
Do B-Vitamins really boost metabolism or just your energy level? is it worth it to supplement with extra? if so what brand?

B vitamins will only help your energy level if you are deficient in the vitamin. If you aren't low on your vitamins they won't help your energy levels or metabolism. Building muscle is what helps increase your metabolism.0
