I have to question myself.... Have i really been trying to lose weight since i got back on here? Or have i just been making excuses for why i ate that candy, drank that beer, ate that second serving, why i skipped that work out....:frown: ....... I need a reality check with myself ... especially looking at my totals for today... at least 907 over!!! :frown: that's not cool and for some one who doesn't really enjoy cardio that's not ok, and then wondering why is taking so long to lose a pound well hello stupid you arent taking this journey seriously enough with the detours. Your check engine light has been on for months! My husband is right i quit things more than i finish them ...:explode: Snap out of it!!!!!!

Little by little does the trick. ~Aesop

The thing is it is ok to go at it a bit slowly. I do think you need to progress it really does no good to log everything if you are staying the same. Ok maybe for a couple of weeks for your baseline. But, you do have to move from that position and maybe make it a goal to cut some calories from your breakfast lunch or dinner or to cut out a snack something that will equal 250 calories less than your TDEE and then add some movement something that will burn maybe 250 calories maybe a bit less if you are very close to your ideal weight. Actually if you are close that is all you have to do. It sounds rather easy and I think after a couple of months you will think it's easy too. Find food that is good for you and will keep the hungries away and that is 90% of the battle.
