well that makes no sense...
According to MFP with my calorie intake I will lose 10lbs in 5 weeks. I overate by 67cals today (fruit) and now it says I will only lose 7, so by over eating 67cals I wont lose those 3lbs? Since when does 67 cals equal 3lbs. Im confused.

I put my settings to lose 2lbs a week, I am hoping for at least 1.5lb a week but thought this would help as past medication I was on messed up my metabolism and in 1 year I have lost 6lbs. calories and workout question
When I set my goals I put that I would be working out for 45min 7 days a week. So does that mean the calories for that workout is already subtracted from my daily calories or do I still have to enter everyday that 45min workout?

I am just wondering if anyone has tried or is on the Atkins diet. I know I did it in highschool and in 2 mths dropped 18lbs, which is great when your teased in highschool for not being skinny. So I was wondering whose on it and what are your results.

went to use my treadmill after work and it sounds like a plane taking off. BF tells me our son put crayons in it yesterday. Well thanks a lot, why the heck would you watch him do that, seriously. Maybe I out to let him pour water in daddys big jars of protein powder and see how he likes it lol.

When I enter my calories and exercise for the day I always get told what I'd weigh in 5 weeks if I kept it up. Well Im keeping it up and I haven't lost a pound. I weigh 197 but according to that little note I will be 178.5 in 5 weeks. Than why aren't I?

At home leg workout
