How do you plan on losing weight?
As for me, I plan on doing 30 minute Kettle-bell exercises everyday. I plan to start a blog on YouTube for motivation and self accountability. I also plan to 'eat clean' and use MyFitnessPal to record what I eat. I will also be using iFit workouts with my elliptical and do 30 minutes of the elliptical everyday.

Can I lose weight with 50 carbs a day?
I have thought about the Atkins, and even Paleo diet. But really, I want to eat reasonably without huge limitations as to all foods...I can do without grains, honestly. But is 50 carbs a day good for weight loss? I'm 247 and need to get down to 150.
