Weight-lifting guide for women?

Does anyone have a free site/link/source where I can find weekly workouts to start strength training and working with weights? Right now, I have a curl bar, weight bench, several heavy weights for lifting, hand weights from 3.lbs - 8 lbs, kettlebells from 3 lbs - 15 lbs. I'd like to start strength training but am not sure where to begin. I'm not sure how many sets to do, or number or reps. I'm not sure what muscle groups to work together. A woman's guide, or any helpful guide would be great. I just kind of want a schedule to follow. Right now, I'm doing cardio on the elliptical for 30 minutes five times a week. Thanks for any advice. I'm 5'5, 245 lbs. Not sure if that matters..
