During your long run...
Are you using any of the gels or supplements? I have never done anything before and people are telling me to try it but I don't have any way to carry gels/water (I don't have one of those packs). Has anyone done a 1/2 without?

Perfect weather thankfully. A very very hilly route but overall I am thrilled. I ran a 1:59:45 according to their website. I know we taper, but I do more than run (Body Combat, Pump, Step...) so do I need to have a very light exercise week all together? Or can I do a couple of these classes in the beginning of the week?
