Todays goin to be a bad day :-(
Been up since 3am with a really bad migraine still hurting when i lean forwards so gonna lay of the exercise today thing is i've only got 800 calories left and its only 1pm :-s bit annoyed with myself because i know that my boyfriends cookin me and my daughter a lovely big meal tonight so im not gonna be able to enjoy it…

Ah gained weight this week so far in the month been here a month just under only lost 1lb i been doing everything right eatting 1200 calories and working out and eatting calories back ( track all workouts with my HRM ) yet i've gained yet again don't think eatting back calories is working for me :-( been burning almost 500…

I've seen a few people saying that they don't eat calories back or try and save some of the exercised calories and only eat half of themis that oki thought it was bad not to eat backcalories burnt ? very confused now

Exercise bike?
So i have one of these sitting in my bedroomi went on it once when i got it just after xmas planned on doin 30 mins thought it would be a breeze afterall i used to manage a normal bike ok ... but yikes i was shattered after a few mins. Should i do intervals either 3 mins fast 2 slow etc just to get back into it slowly

If i have my exercise goals set to 5 workouts a week 120 mins a day my settings are now mins 50 / 120 calories burned 177 / 826 is it important that i reach the calories burned per day

Just finished my first week and lost a lb.... been following advise of this site etc just finished logging my food and it says if every day was like today i would of dropped a stone by 5 weeks timebut i'm not that sure specially if i have only lost a lb in my first week :-(

I know it's bad for me but the past few days having a cup a day is really helping keep my appetite at bay i don't usually drink coffee just used to drink diet sodas most of the time ...should i stop drinkin the coffee even though its helping me ?
