If i do more exercise daily will i lose a lil bit faster even if i eat back the calories lost a lb on my first week but didnt do much exercise just ate 1200 cals and exercised any extra off... i understand the whole eatting back what you burn etc but if i work out more will it burn more of my excess fate resulting in more weight loss ?
