Is this circuit training?
I started at a gym and I do all the different machines and do the stationary bike...no lifting weights though. Is this what is refered as circuit training? thanks

light active?
I put light active on my setting when I started this. I have worn a pedometer all this week and average 6 miles of walking just during a normal day. Who knew? Should I up my setting to active? It is such a subjective thing. Anyone have a clue? thanks

NSV Hernia
I developed a hernia after surgery 8 yrs. ago. I can now see it since I have lost 42 lbs. (30 with MFP) I see a surgeon next week.

another thyroid rant
I have low thyroid. I thought it would be difficult to lose weight. Surprise! I consistantly lost 2-3 lbs a week for 7 or 8 weeks. one food you won't give up?
Since I want to eat healthy the rest of my life, I have to be sensible about what I can do long term. I will not give up my sugar fee coffee-mate french vanilla coffee creamer. Some mornings that's what gets me out of bed.

late evening snack
I am usually under my calorie intake by 150-200 cal at the end of the day. I have been eating a 90 cal bar and/or a piece of fruit. I've read here it is better not to eat carbs right before bed. So low carb suggestions please.....

Boy, the older I get the harder losing weight has become. Anyone else finding that to be the case/ I used to start a diet and lose 8-10 lbs. the first week. Now that takes alot more time. I've wrecked my metabolism with yoyo dieting....this time I'll just forge ahead until it is done!
