    Push-ups are fantastic. Arms, chest, core: all at once and to whatever intensity you like.

    rileysowner had posted a simple workout that I'm now following.

    1. squats
    2. pushups ... I had to start against the wall and I'm now doing them against the counter.
    3. lunges ... sometimes I just can't do these so I do more squats.
    4. let-me-ins
    5. hip extensions

    Do 10 reps of each and go through the circuit one right after another. Then rest for 90 seconds and do a 2nd and 3rd circuit when you work up to it. I feel fantastic and am already feeling improvement.

    Searching further, I came upon Mark Lauren's youtube channel and have since bought his book "You are your own Gym".
