Anyone close to 5'5" started at 160 and at goal??
I actually started MVP jan 2011 at 190 and got down to 138. Now that I'm back up at 158 I want to get back down and just need a little motivation to people that have succeded!! Please help! Add me, tell me your story, post pics!!! Thanks in advance!!

after losing 60 pounds jan-july just in time for summer, i slowly put on 15 pounds and have been very, very hard on myself, i wanted to post here to remind myself that i have still come a long way and I can do it again, because I know how too!! before after ]

i was wondering what my goal wight should be? everyone around me is telling me to stop and maintain but i really don't think 125 is unreasonable or unhealthy. does anyone have before and afters at about my hieght to help inspire??

i'm restarting on monday and it really works your abs but did you get great results?? i want to make sure it is worth it or i will do the 30 day shred again because i know the results are great for that!!

what were your p90x lean results
i am on day 5...i heard that the lean version is for more weightloss than muscle toning and i weigh about 144-145 do you think 14-15 pounds lost is attainable? what were your results?

what did you accomplish in April?
I would like to hear some accomplishments of others for the month of April and help motivate others!! I 1. didn't eat candy on easter 2. stayed under my calorie goals all month 3. made a normal bmi 4. bought a bikini and decided i look great and will wear it this summer despite my stretch marks!!

Pre-pregnancy weight!!!
Today i weighed myself and after three long years i made it!!! i found myfitneds pal in january and have lost 18 pounds which got me to my fab figure!!! i am so close to the 140's!!!!!! this is so exciting!!

success on 30 day shred
i have started my first week of the 30ds and can;t stay motivated because it hurts so excuse my language DAMN BAD!!! i would love to know if anybody had a great success with this and how many inches/lbs they lost after the 30 days....maybe that will keep me going??
