Goals for February:
1) To break free of the 180s (I haven't been below 180 in...oh...at least 6 years, I'd say).
2) To maintain a decent diet during my 10-day vacation in Brazil. (I know good, healthy food will be available to me--even more so than here in America--but I'm going to be on vacation, so I suspect eating out will be the norm.)
3) To get a workout of some kind in every day (not sure if this will be possible during my vacation, though).
4) To just keep doing what I'm doing, because it's working so far!
