    It's so funny that you posted this! I just set a HUGE goal for the year, not quite a February goal but can't believe it took me until February to think of it.

    My goals for February: Workout twice a day, add weighted gloves to my workout, less cheating on my diet!

    My big, huge, hairy goal for the year: Help 1,000 people with their fitness in 2011!

    1: Drop at least 4 pounds
    2: Drink less soda and more water
    3: Use my Wii Fit more and do my Physio every day like I'm supposed to - no slacking off!
    4: Keep a positive mental attitude

    1.Start and finish Jillian Micheals 30 day shred
    2.lose 10 lbs.
    3.drink NO starbucks ( I'm sick of drinking my calories!)
    4.quit smoking

    Thanks for all the responses I got some good ideas.

    Well for it would be:

    Trim off 8.8 to 13.8 lbs
    Continue walking on my breaks and lunches @ work.
    Experiment with new fruits & veggies
    Drink all of my water every day
    Realize I can make it over these hurdles one meal, then one workout @ a time

    Here are my goals:

    Drink ALOT more water
    Go to the gym at least 18 times
    Stay within my calorie limits
    Lose 7 lbs

    get my *kitten* back to the gym (not been since well before christmas)
    join my workout classes again (same as above)
    drink more water
    try new foods - in particular fruit and veg (i really have issues when it comes to these)
    get below 154lb
    walk to work as much as possible rather than drive every day,
    get out n go walkin with my 2yr old son more.

    1. Drink at least 12 8oz cups of water per day.
    2. Lose 10 more pounds before breast reduction surgery 24 Feb.
    3. Make is through almost 4 wks of Turbo Fire.
    4. Keep up with writing it down! Logging all food/drinks eaten each day.

    2. Exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes.
    3. To take a multi-vitamin every day.
    4. No fast food other than Subway.
    5. Be more open to trying new foods.

    My February goals are:

    1) Start 30 Day Shred once it arrives
    2) Lose at least 5lbs (hoping for 7lbs!)
    3) Plan my meals the night before
    4) To finally start using my gym membership
    5) To walk for at least 30 minutes a day

    My February Goals:

    1) Lose 12 lbs (bumping up what I did in Jan by 2 lbs.)
    2) No more snacking at night, even if its healthy!
    3) Increase my calories burned to 3500 per week!
    4) Continuing my workouts @ 7 times per week but increasing the time by 15 minutes.

    Be able to run a full 5k.

    Lose at least some of the muffin top.

    Fit back into those blasted skinny jeans I only wore twice.

    2. do cardio machines three times a week
    3. dont drink a bottle of wine in one night :)
    4. stop focusing negatively on my "*kitten* shelf"

    Hmm. Goals for February.

    1. Lose 10 pounds
    2. NO cheat days (I do great for a couple of weeks, then cheat for 2-3days..totally ruining all of my hard work).
    3. Finish 30 Day Shred + 5 days Cardio
    4. Watch that sodium (tricky b word)
    5. Not be sad on Valentines Day, even though I will be single..I can still enjoy it, right?
    6. Weigh only on the 1st. Not again till March. (i'm a total scale addict).
    7. Basically, just keep up with what I CAN do..its those damn binge/cheat days that totally mess with me. None at all the entire month. && after I lose those 10 pounds, maybe I'll treat myself with one treat (instead of 20).

    1. to stay focus
    2. to eat healthy
    3. to stay focus
    4. to hit the gym 6 days or exercise to the dvds or gaming system
    5. to stay focus
    6. to log my daily calorie intake
    7. to stay focus
    8. to post on the board whenever I can
    9. to stay focus
    10. to lose whatever pounds the weight loss fairy grants me
    11. to stay focus
    12. to get in at least 12 cups of water daily


    Oh as you can see staying focus is going to allow me to achieve every one of my goals in Feb. :bigsmile:

    mine would have to be:
    1) drink more water each day; as i usually only get in about 4 glasses :(
    2) stay under my calories everyday
    3) try to really stick to better food choices
    4) loose about 8 lbs
    5) try to exercise at least 6 days a week
